HR Specialist

Spark (Ride Share Bulgaria AD) is an electric car-sharing company that provides affordable eco-friendly mobility solutions with self-driving pleasure in Sofia and Plovdiv. SPARK is a new generation service that allows customers to find and rent an electric car through a mobile phone, no matter if they want to use the service for a few minutes or a few days. The company operates with more than 560 electric vehicles in Sofia and Plovdiv, making it the largest car-sharing operator in the region.

We are currently looking for an ambitious and professional HR Specialist to join our team in Sofia.

What you will learn and be responsible for:

• Recruit, interview, and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions;
• Collaborate with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings;
• Implement new hire orientation and employee recognition programs;
• Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies;
• Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics;
• Support the organization of quarterly and annual employee performance reviews;
• Support training and development processes in the company.

We expect you to have: 

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or another related field;
• Experience: at least one year in the human resources area;
• Language: strong command of English;
• Technical Skills: MS Office, mainly MS Word, MS Excell and MS PowerPoint; previous experience with HRMS will be considered an advantage;
• Open minded, positive and honest, willing to learn and develop professionally as well as personally;
• Passionate about helping people grow;
