Due to our rapid growth, we are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Senior IT Recruiter.


The role will be responsible for the following areas:


  • Sourcing and attracting active and passive candidates through different channels – job boards, professional networks, social media, etc;

  • Employer branding activities – raising of the awareness of the Skillo brand along with shaping a unique candidates attraction strategy;

  • Client management with a strong focus on establishing and maintaining trusted and effective partnerships;

  • Create and maintain exciting and innovative candidates journey;

  • Constant learning of new technologies along with catching up with the latest trends in the IT sector;



What do you need to be successful in the role?


  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience;

  • Successful track record as an in-house / agency recruiter;

  • Familiarity with the IT sector / IT technologies;

  • Goal-driven type of person who is focused on the results while maintaining a high quality of their work;

  • Fluency in English;

  • Great communicator with excellent negotiation skills;

  • Client-oriented approach with a focus on business excellence;
