NUKON BULGARIA Ltd. is seeking to hire an individual who is capable to work as a sales and after-sales administrator. Our local and international activities are enlarging and we need self motivated and ambition people who want to be a part of our family.
We expect applications to be submitted by professionals who meet the following requirements:
Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduated bachelor or higher degree (preferable in Foreign Trade, Economics or Technical University);
- Fluent in English or Serbian or Spanish, both written and spoken (Third language is priority);
- Basic knowledge of International Business Relations and Foreign Trade regulations;
- Basic technical knowledge about machine tool business;
- Proper knowledge while working with MS Office applications (MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook)
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines;
- Teamwork skills: being an effective and organised group member;
- Possibility to go on business trips when necessary and participating to fairs.
- Documentation and Archive Skills, Meeting Planning, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Administrative Writing Skills;
- Attention to Detail.
Work duties & responsibilities:
- Assists commercial activities by performing related duties;
- Keeping written and verbal corespondence with the customers and dealers;
- Accomplishes organisation goals;
- Exploring opportunities to add company value;
- Preparing offers and follow up and creating good relations with the customers.
- Searching for new potential customers and assist all our recent customers.
