We are currently looking for a Recruitment Team Lead who has a passion to develop people through their potential.  
 
 
The role will be responsible for the following areas: 


  • Leading by example and sharing your knowledge and expertise with a team of 5 recruiters;   

  • Work closely on a daily basis with the Recruitment Manager on everyday tasks and ad-hoc requests as well as on a strategic level to optimize and improve our strategy for recruitment success and attracting candidates;  

  • Creating and supporting employer branding campaigns; 

  • Active involvement in the digital presence of the company as well as participation in the different career fairs, forums, professional events, etc.; 

  • Recruiting for different types of roles – internal positions for Skillo, external positions for our partners and technical trainers for our corporate trainings; 

  • Account management with a strong focus on establishing and maintaining trusted and effective partnerships; 


What do you need to be successful in the role? 


  • 2+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience for IT roles; 

  • Passion and great potential to act as a Team Lead; 

  • Familiarity with the IT sector / IT technologies; 

  • Goal-driven type of person who is focused on the results while maintaining a high quality of their work; 

  • Fluency in English; 

  • Great communicator with excellent negotiation skills; 

  • Client-oriented approach with a focus on business excellence;
