We, in relation to the start of our project, are looking to hire people for the position of Process engineer.

Requirements: 
· Minimum 3 years of experience in a relevant position in a manufacturing company;
· Working knowledge of manufacturing processes with a strong focus on improvements; 
· Project management skills; 
· Ability to work under pressure and multitasking; 
· Flexible thinking, including the ability to pivot and try new approaches when faced with challenges; 
· Organizational, planning, and documentation skills;
· Proficient in Microsoft Office with experience in data and Microsoft Excel reporting; 
· Self-starter, motivated to achieve targets and results; 
· Experience working with  AutoCAD/ Solid Works or similar software ;
· Advanced technical skills; 
· Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems; 
· Experience with Lean methodology in manufacturing.

Responsibilities: 
· Owner of the production process and equipment within the defined area; 
· Developing and introducing successfully new processes and products, in line with policies and procedures;
· Collecting, compiling, and presenting data in a proactive way to improve process and design; 
· Create process standards, procedures and documentation; 
· Designing and testing process upgrades and new process systems;
· Developing and creating manufacturing routing and best practices to ensure efficiency and product quality; 
· Designing and planning equipment layout; 
· Support R&D department on the stage of developing products;
· Initiate small projects and drive their successful completion;
· Ensure that the project is executed with good quality and budget control processes; 
· Evaluate process and material flows and provide recommendations and execute improvements; 
· Optimize process systems for operational efficiency and cost savings; 
· Support and implement Lean manufacturing culture on the shop floor; 
· Support the production department to solve day to day challenges and issues.
