BrainDonors is a digital agency. Our team consists of 14 highly qualified specialists specializing in various fields. Our main focus is paid advertising or the so-called "Media Buying" or "Performance Marketing". By joining the BrainDonors team, you will work on projects for some of the biggest brands in Bulgaria and abroad, which will give you the opportunity to acquire unique knowledge from our professional team of programmers, marketers, and designers. Operating successfully in international markets, our team needs a new, energetic colleague to join our small, cohesive team.
IN CONNECTION WITH THE EXPANSION OF OUR BUSINESS WE ARE LOOKING TO HIRE Performance Marketing Intern
You will be responsible for the planning, management, execution, and measurement of campaigns for all markets across platforms and languages. Your goal is to drive high-quality traffic in line with marketing requirements and ROI expectations. Our main performance channel currently is Social- Facebook & Tik Tok. With a passion for Social Media, you will be hands-on managing the campaigns and driven by a desire to meet challenges and succeed. You will be able to grow your responsibility while growing the company. Adding more advertising channels or more resources to the team.
Responsibilities
-Set up and implement paid social campaigns across multiple channels.
-Plan, propose, develop and execute strategies for increasing traffic and conversions
-Manage paid campaigns end to end to ensure a successful outcome across your channels
-Coordinate strategic projects that will drive the growth of paid media channels
-Support markets and team members to meet the team and business goals
-Share best practices with the team, be a performance marketing educator to the team
-Analyse campaign performance in Google Analytics
-Create Reports
-Set up trackings & pixels
-Create Landing pages and coordinate with the design and development teams
Requirements
- Experience in working with the Facebook platform is a plus
- Knowledge and understanding of paid social bid management tools and technologies
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to turn analysis into actions
- Creative - constantly coming up with new, imaginative ideas to explore and test
- Results and performance-focused
- Communication skills; English is required
