Online Marketing Communications Specialist

Main responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients over the phone and email
• Ensure clients receive the highest level of customer service at all times
• Execute an organised, efficient and structured working process
• Distribute and monitor daily tasks and delivery to the team
• Organise workload appropriately, prioritise and meet deadlines efficiently
• Manages a team of marketing and communication professionals to execute the vision and strategy of the organisation, along with daily supervision, also manages the client communications and opportunities for the team
• Work towards implementing short & long term marketing goals, as part of the Company’s strategy
• Oversees the management of content on all platforms, digital and social channels, looks for new opportunities to expand reach in creative and innovative ways
• Managing the local search campaigns on Google and analysing results
• Work with the creative and PR professionals on creating new and fresh ideas and advertisement
Requirements:
• University degree in Marketing, Communications, Management or English Philology
• At least 1 year of professional experience in Online Marketing or as a Communications Specialist
• Proficient user of English - written and spoken
• Ability to achieve high results
• Strong leadership and analytical skills
• Ability to solve different issues and generate ideas and market positioning strategies
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent computer literacy
• Passion is a MUST
