For one of our clients - production company, we are looking for a qualified, experienced, and creative specialist to oversee all human resources operations and to take the challenging position of:

HR Business Partner

The Role:


  • The purpose of the role is to ensure the development and implementation of the Human Resources management policies and practices in compliance with company standards and labor legislation in the company.   

  • The ideal candidate should have solid experience with HR practices and employee management.


Essential Functions:


  • As HR Business Partner, you will be the first point of contact for selected business and service areas on all HR issues. The goal is to provide the best support from the HR function and thus contribute to the success of the business.

  • You will advise the management team on operational and strategic issues related to employee recruitment and development, succession planning and career paths as well as organizational changes, compensation, etc.

  • Define human resources needs in regards with the Group strategy.

  • Initiate, organize and follow up the processes of recruitment and selection /all employee levels/

  • Create, change and improve procedures and standards for HR activities, monitor and ensure their successful fulfilment.

  • Identify training needs and initiate and monitor the development of training programs.  

  • Provide annual program for evalaution and put into practice the implementation of the benefit system.

  • Prepare and follow up budget and costs concerning all HR related issues.

  • Take efforts for the improvement of the internal communication. Act as mediator between business needs and employees.


Qualifications and requirements for the position:


  • University degree – preferably in the HR area or economic studies.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in one or several major HR fields /recruitment and selection, compensation and benefits, training and development, employee relations/ on an at least expert level;

  • Background in big company structures in international environment will be considered as great advantage.  

  • Excellent computer literacy.

  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

  • Strong communication and excellent people management skills.  

  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities tasks.

  • A dynamic, people oriented, well-organized and result driven personality willing to accept new challenges.
