We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Admin team as Office Assistant.


Primary responsibilities (not limited to)



  • Answer and direct phone calls

  • Assist with scheduling meetings and greet guests

  • Participate in meetings; produce and distribute meeting minutes

  • Assist with the preparation of administrative documentation

  • Assist with the coordination of travel arrangements

  • Produce weekly administration and other ad hoc reports


Requirements



  • Fluency in English

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Time management skills, ability to multi task and prioritize

  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills

  • Good research skills

  • Experience with Microsoft Office package

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality

  • Experience in office environments is considered a plus


Hours: 40 hours/week - Monday to Friday, 9am-6pm



Contract type: Labor contract with FXCM Support EAD
