Here at Mystery Shoppers HQ, we work behind the scenes to arrange for members of the public who have signed up with us as mystery shoppers, to go to our client's locations (banks, shops etc.) at the right time, and once they’ve spent some time interacting with staff, they fill in their feedback questionnaire. We then read through it to make sure it’s of a good quality, before we submit it to the client and provide them with ways in which they can improve.We work in all industries, and have carried out all sorts of types of mystery shopping, from the classic burger orders to lengthy mortgage applications. Each programme is designed to meet the individual Client’s specific needs. Clients include shopping centres, retail stores, restaurants, insurance companies, estate agents, property companies and local government.
Face-to-face assessments are carried out by shoppers from our database of around 250,000, some of whom work for several mystery shopping companies and are very experienced and some of whom have never carried out an assignment before and so need careful briefing or training. We also have a team of specialist covert video mystery shoppers.
The role:
We are looking for a Web developer to work with our UK based Web Developer, IT and Analysis team in creating new web driven applications for in-house and client facing systems. You will need to be proficient in at least 2 of the following:
Java
C#
VB
ASP.net (Experience with entity framework would be an advantage)
JavaScript (JQuery)
SQL (Knowledge of Stored procedures will be an advantage)
(Any Experience with Microsoft Report Builder would also be useful)
Bootstrap
Applicants must have excellent written and spoken English and feel comfortable working independently with daily support from the UK based team.
A small number of trips to the UK will be required.
We would consider full-time (Monday to Friday 0900-1700) or part-time for the right applicants.

Location: Our offices in Business Park Varna.
Salary and Benefits: Starting at 2800 lev per month gross.
Food Vouchers: 40 lev per month.
If your written and spoken English is not equivalent to B2, C1 or C2 we suggest you do not apply for this role.
The contract will be permanent and with Mystery Shoppers Bulgaria.
