Treasury Support Analyst

Position Summary
You will be part of the global shared service center (SSC), reporting to a Treasury Solution Support Manager (based in Sofia) attached to the ‘Finance Innovation and Process’ department (based in Switzerland and France).
Evolving in a challenging and dynamic multi-cultural environment, your role will be to contribute to the running efficiency of the Group Treasury function (covering cash-management, risk management, treasury accounting, bank communication, reporting) through the monitoring of an effective usage of the TMS (Treasury Management System, using FIS solutions QUANTUM and TRAX – cf. for more info) and the support of its users (located in different hubs across the globe):
- Perform functional support of the TMS (Treasury Management System) by assisting users in:
- reviewing incidents and determine solution to apply;
- qualifying and implementing change requests.
- Monitor standard processes to ensure an effective usage of the TMS (Treasury Management System)
- Contribute to the overall improvement of support to users by capitalizing knowledge and providing tools to users, including training to new and existing users on Treasury solutions, management of ticketing tool (called Service NOW) and maintenance of user support portal (under SharePoint)
- Support ‘Finance Innovation and Process’ department on implementations of innovative Treasury solutions across the globe
Main responsibilities:
Functional support
- Act as first layer of functional support orientating user’s requests and incidents (received via Service NOW); liaising with finance community
- Qualify user tickets, by documenting each one, solve directly or provide guidance to technical teams into solution to implement
- Actively participate in building the functional support tools (Incident workflow & templates, shared knowledge database, etc.)
User Training & Communication
- Prepare documentation and continuously update existing one (user guides, FAQs, training materials) and maintain user knowledge database
- Build user network and manage user community (through new user onboarding, trainings, newsletters, incident review meetings, etc.)
- Identify / collect training needs, and perform training on key unused / misused / new functionalities
- Actively participate in project closure transition to run (training to new user on Support model and processes), in collaboration with project team
Functional Monitoring
- Contribute to the effectiveness of the LDC Treasury and Accounting function through identification of systems utilization’s improvements
- Monitor processes & interfaces, and report on associated KPIs
- Maintain log of issues and work proactively with key users in defining corrective / improvement solutions
Technical skills/knowledge:
- Strong communication skills required
- Strong analytical skills required
- Strong synthesis skills required, including capacity/appetite to formalize (using pack office tools in expert mode)
- Customer support background (internal or external) and/or Cash management background required
- Accounting basic knowledge required
- Experience with TMS and ERP applications is a plus
- Experience on treasury and accounting process design and best practices is a plus
- Knowledge of QUANTUM and TRAX is a plus
- Knowledge of Microsoft POWER BI or Microsoft Power App is a plus

Academics:
