Accounting Degree

Minimum 2 years in a similar function

Travel and Expenses Expert is responsible for the delivery of the following tasks for all entities in scope:

Ensure timely and accurately audit of expense reports in compliance with BIC policies

Follow-up on employees’ outstanding balances

Ensure that all T&E invoices are processes in compliance with local VAT legislation and BIC Accounting policies and procedures

Assist with travel accounting processes including vendor payments

Provide support and resolve queries related to Travel and Expenses process

Provide Concur reporting when required

Promote, develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Trains partners on system and process changes

Respect closing deadlines and quality level

Deliver to agreed SLA’s regarding time and accuracy

Implement appropriately GBS Accounts Payable policies and procedures
