For one of our clients, leaders in the FinTech industry, we are looking for a Trading Support Specialist to join their Service Desk department and be part of an international team in a modern office based in the center of Sofia.
Requirements:
Native or bilingual level Spanish speaker
Good knowledge of English
University degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or, Human Resources
Excellent communication skills
High motivation

Your responsibilities:
Full client service - assist clients with transfers, trading discords, collective actions
Customer assistance with the platform and the products of the company - be a part of their journey 
Translation of customers’ requests
You will be the mediator between your clients and the different departments of the company
