As part of the successful growth of the company, IPS is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Technical Support Engineer. You will have the opportunity to deal with challenges and implement creative solutions that are both elegant and practical.
Your responsibilities:
• Provide technical information about IPS systems;
• Technical support via phone or mail;
• Working with clients remotely and on-site;
• Strategic and operational project planning;
• Remote troubleshooting;
• Travelling abroad.
Our requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree or completed secondary education in the field of Electrical Engineering, Electronics, Renewable Energy or similar;
• Very good English, both verbal and written;
• AutoCAD skills;
• МS Office skills;
• Willingness to learn and be educated in technologies;
• Excellent communication skills, willing to assist others.
Personal skills and qualification:
• Ability to work independently;
• Troubleshooting skills;
• Technical mindset;
• Decisive and creative approach;
• Willingness for professional and personal growth.
