We are a part of growing German International company and we are looking for:
* Technical Assistant
Main responsibilities:
- Working with software for creating orders-issue of internal documents, delivery note, invoices;
- Accepting and executing orders by customers;
- Organizing and coordinating meetings;
- Translating from/into English;
- Involved in monthly reporting-preparation of references required by different Institutions;
- Coordination between departments;
- Supporting the Marketing-Financial-Administrative Manager;
- Arranging the printing of advertising materials;
- Working with all company documents
- Administrative work related to all company activities
Our requirements:
- Appropriate education;
- Very good command of English language /written and spoken/;
- Good computer literacy - MS Office, Internet;
- Good communication skills;
- Organizational skills;
- Responsibility, loyalty, involvement in the company goals and policy;
- Willingness to accept new ideas and self-improvement;
- Experience in administration is a plus;
