We are looking for a full time Talent Acquisition Specialist with a proactive approach to recruitment in searching for talents, networking and helping us building relationships with external/internal stakeholders.
Every member of CXG Team has a significant role and impact on the success of our relationship with the clients, so we are looking for a highly-motivated individual who is interested and passionate to grow professionaly in a fast-paced work environment.
The ideal candidate is a person of ideas, self-driven and independent in work; team-player with proactive approach.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist you will be:
• Participating in the full process lifecycle – from recruiting to offer stage
• Sourcing and recruiting via various channels such as LinkedIn,job boards,social networks,etc.
• Screening of resumes and application forms from different recruitment channels
• Research of new recruitment channels and methods/market research
• Organizing and/or participating in career events
• Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates
• Conducting phone and online interviews
• Posting, updating and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
• Providing application and interview feedback to candidates
• Participate in the on-boarding process of new hires along with HR

What we are looking for:
• Fluent in English, spoken and written
• Bulgarian language is a must
• Excellent communicator
• Excellent in work ethic and professional approach to colleagues
• Good at organization and prioritization of tasks
• Flexible and fast adaptive


Advantages:
• Bachelor degree in Human resources, Public relations or equivalent
• Knowledge of Linkedin and headhunting
• Excellent time management skills, capable to work under pressure and deliver results within strict deadlines
• Knowledge of a second European language is an advantage
• 1 year of hands-on recruiting experience would be preferable
