Brief

Louis Dreyfus Company (LDC) is looking to strengthen its Human Resources service delivery by hiring a dedicated Talent Acquisition Specialist to be based in Sofia.

The role will support local hiring requirements and operations in LDC’s Bulgaria, including support to regional technology roles sourcing, as per various project needs and business requirements. The Talent Acquisition Specialist is accountable for ensuring the country Talent.

Acquisition strategy is adhered to while acting as a key Talent Acquisition interface between the global, regional, local business stakeholders and the local HR organization in achieving the annual business talent acquisition plan.

Main responsibilities

• Responsible for management and execution of end to end country Talent Acquisition strategy and Recruitment plan tо ensure ever changing business requirements are met;
• Accountable for the day-to-day delivery of Talent Acquisition activities ensuring relevant KPIs and recruitment plans are met;
• Manage relationships with all stakeholders in the business, while maintaining and growing a pipeline of external and internal talent;
• Keep professional relationships with candidates, proactively sourcing talent profiles through social media and networking events, with focus on technology roles;
• Maintain and utilize an internal database of potential candidates to proactively identify suitable profiles to answer to business needs and current or new job requirements;
• Engage and network in a broad community of regional and global Talent Acquisition experts for continuous improvement and exposure to new ideas;
• Support local employer branding activities to increase company visibility and boost talent attraction;
• Responsible for optimizing regional and local vendor relationships, and driving continuous improvement
initiatives;
• Supporting EMEA execution of the technology roadmap through sourcing and recruitment support on a project basis to the EMEA Recruitment team;
• Ensure compliance and regulatory guidelines are met.

Experience

• Expected to have 3 to 5 years of relevant experience, including full life cycle recruiting and project management,
• Proven capability in sourcing technology roles, consultancy experience would be considered an advantage;
• Strong understanding of talent acquisition best practices, employer branding, tools, and recruitment technology;
• Experience successfully navigating a global organization, with proven business consulting approach;
• Ability to develop successful relationships with business partners and team members in a virtual capacity;
• Previous experience thriving in a transformative environment with demonstrated capability to manage effectively through ambiguity while leading continuous improvement initiatives;

Other skills (computer skills, datascience...)

• Advanced communication and interpersonal skills with ability to maintain and develop professional relationship with a pipeline of internal and external candidates;
• Fluency in English
• Excellent command of MS Office pack
