Sr. Assistant, Customer Marketing Agreements

Job Purpose:


  • To ensure accuracy while processing and reviewing CMA payments, contracts and accruals

  • To prioritise effectively, focusing on what adds the most value to changing business needs and minimise the impacts on the period end financials

  • To participate in all assigned reporting activities related to the day-to-day work or month end.

  • To actively participate in all assigned projects

  • Support Sweden and Norway CMA teams


 
Key contributions:


  • To allocate CMA related payments to the correct accruals created.

  • To process CMA payments in accordance to internal procedures and SOX controls. 

  • To regularly review queries pending with the Sales team 

  • To review and validate received contracts and follow up on outstanding ones in due course

  • To take part in the team’s reporting responsibilities

  • To provide a high standard of service to both internal and external customers

  • To support IT, SSC and the BU with any system bugs or developments and projects as and when required

  • To routinely review the customer overall status

  • To regularly communicate to Sales & Finance the deadlines and status updates for submissions, authorisations 

  • To regularly review the CMA Invoice Processing database and ensure that disputed or aged invoices are prioritised for review

  • To continuously improve the processes

  • To ensure accuracy of month end processes

  • To analyse payment volume and value data and transactional trends by investment type, sub-channel and key account

  • To regularly communicate with Sales for timely processing and authorising of invoices

  • To analyse current trends of payments by sub-channel and key account, and feed analysis into monthly working capital forecast submissions

  • To support Nordics PPM in the investigation and resolution of post-audit claims and put processes in place to mitigate against future claims

  • To support the Nordics CTC team in achieving the common targets

  • To actively participate in all assigned projects



Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or similar

  • Previous experience of minimum 1-2 years

  • Previous supervisory experience would be beneficial

  • Previous experience in a Finance environment in a similar operation is an advantage

  • Knowledge of CCEP processes is an advantage

  • Ability to business partner and build strong relationships across functions

  • Fluent in English; Swedish/Norwegian will be considered as a strong advantage 

  • Strong Excel skills 

  • Knowledge of SAP systems highly desirable

  • Attention to details

  • Ability to challenge and question

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
