Client
The client’s solution provides services to book trips (hotels, rental cars, catering etc) for Pilots, Flight Attendants, FBOs and their Service Providers and provides tools for managing trip information and services. The product is tailored to use in the private aviation domain.
We invite you to our company, not a project
This is a new project. The team will develop a component that would allow the client’s system to book hotels using GDS APIs. The client envisions this as a standalone project with few integration points throughout the delivery process. The Client will perform general supervision and direction over the Services while DataArt will provide management of the project and development tasks.

The team will consist of 4-7 people including a few development roles, QA, GDS SME, BA, PM, and Solution architect with some roles being part-time.

Responsibilities
- Develop a system to support booking functionality using GDS API's.
- Collaborate within the joint team to produce the application
- Have an opportunity to lead the team in organizing the development process, participate in task distribution and do code reviews
- Write clean and high-quality code
- Test and deploy applications and systems
- Revise, update, refactor and debug code
Requirements
- Understanding of and experience working with C# (including the latest versions of ASP.NET MVC framework)
- Experience designing software
- Knowledge of OOP, OOD and design patterns
- 3+ years of developing commercial .NET-based applications (.Net Framework 4.7 experience)
- Good spoken English
Nice to have
- Experience working with the MS SQL Server data management system and its components (SSRS, SSIS)
- Experience using TDD methodologies
- Experience working with foreign clients
- Understanding of Agile methodologies’ development
- Microsoft certificates
- Knowledge of JavaScript and its frameworks (jQuery, Angular.JS, Backbone.js) would be a plus
- Travel / GDS experience
