ABOUT US
We are a British student recruitment company who are experts at helping international students (age 18-25) come to study in Bulgaria. Every year, we bring 1000s of students to study in European universities. We are looking for a professional customer support agent with resilience, mental strength and empathy.
YOUR IMPACT IN OUR ORGANISATION
You will support our British clients regarding our services via phone and email.
This role is perfect for you if:
+ You have experience in making customer support calls.
+ You are experienced at handling complaints.
+ You can use technology well.
HOW IT WORKS
You will be trained by us until you feel ready to make calls alone. Usually, this takes 3-4 days. You must be self-motivated, driven and mentally strong (to handle complaints).
This full-time 8h/day role is from our Varna office.
Growth: Opportunities for development in the position are available weekly, quarterly and annually.

WAGES
You'll earn a competitive base of the stated Gross per month. Salary is negotiable depending on your experience. This is in addition to bonuses, end of year salary re-adjustments, long term incentives for every year you stay with the company.
