We are looking for a positive, outgoing, and experienced professional to join our Drinks division team on the position of Senior Brand Manager. You will work in a dynamic environment with skilled team members who share experiences and strive to build something awesome and will have the access to a more wide and global marketing experience.
Role Responsibilities:
• Responsible for the sales plan implementation by brands;
• Develop strategically the brands on the Bulgarian market;
• Prepare and deep dive into the brand performance on the market;
• Proposing and executing activities to strengthen brand performance;
• Responsible for the preparations and approvals of the annual brand plans together with the suppliers;
• Develop an annual brand plan, including marketing budget and monthly activities;
• Marketing and promotional activities for the brands he/she is responsible for;
• Monitor market trends and competition activities;
• Manage a team of brand manager and brand ambassador.
Role Requirements:
• Master degree in Marketing or Sales;
• 3+ years of experience in the FMCG industry and a minimum of 1 year of people management;
• Deep interests, knowledge, and experience in the drinks market will be considered an asset;
• Fluency in English;
• Creativity;
• Good organizational, presentation and communication skills;
• Management and leadership skills;
• Planning and strategy skills;
• Be a team player.
