Our client is an ambitious market entrant, resulted from the partnership between leading German and Swiss companies, important players in real estate business. The local Bulgarian entity is a provider of accounting solutions in the real estate management on the German market. For their newly established team in Sofia they are now looking for an experienced
Senior Accountant with German
Responsibilities:
- Control and account for all incoming and outgoing invoices for the clients of the company;
- Process operations on rental accounting, including rental receipt control (receivables management);
- Keep balance sheets and process account clarification and reconciliation;
- Participate in the preparation and creation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements;
- Prepare and manage the advance VAT & corporate tax returns;
- General data maintenance for tenants, suppliers, managers and owners;
Requirements:
- University degree in Accountancy;
- Fluency in German language (C1 optimally);
- At least 2 years of proven experience in an GL accounting position;
- Previous experience with ERP systems;
- Highly organised personality with great attention to details;
- Excellent time and order management skills;
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office;
