About the role
We are currently looking for an enthusiastic Scrum Master to help up to two Scrum Teams at our DEGIRO offices. Your responsibility will be to help develop the DEGIRO Agile Way of Working further and help Product Owners, Business Analysts and developers reach their sprint goals. You will provide servant leadership and ensure team happiness of your development teams.
We are looking for you if you have:
• Successful experience as a Scrum Master preferably in IT development or financial industry or if you have experience as a Project Manager, have an Agile heart, and want to make the switch to promoting Scrum Values;
• Excellent coaching skills as well as verbal and written communication skills that can adapt to various audiences including executives and customers;
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to successfully troubleshoot and solve problems;
• Experience with tooling such as Confluence, JIRA or similar;
• Good documentation and feedback skills so that you can draw, explain and facilitate workshops to help others understand what is expected;
• Nice to have or desire to obtain CSM, PSM 1, or similar Scrum Master certification;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).

• Initiating and facilitating workshops, beyond the obvious Scrum ceremonies, to improve Backlog quality and Sprint outcome
• Sharing good practices and (relevant) stuff you learn with the other Scrum Teams
• Resolve conflicts and keep the teams focused / motivated
• Coming up with creative solutions to take care of impediments
• Support stakeholder and management reporting
