In order to maintain the high quality of our services we are announcing a vacancy in the IT Operations Department for the position of SAP Expert.
- Perform administration, maintenance and monitoring of SAP ERP (S/4 Hana);
- Collaborate with external partners and various business stakeholders to achieve successful completion of the project/solution changes;
- Maintain, develop and enhance the relationship with the Service Managers and identify areas for improvement within our delivery model;
- Deliver 2nd level support services for SAP ERP (S/4 Hana) including delivery of complex changes, resolution of incidents and problems;
- Maintain technical documentation: Functional Design Documents, Test Scenarios, User manuals, Development specifications, Solution Proposal Documents, etc.;
- Implement System Security Standards and procedures;
- Support users working with IT systems in the company;
Job requirements:
- 1+ years professional experience in the support or implementation of SAP systems;
- University degree in IT/Computer science or other technical/economics education;
- Experience in consulting and customizing of SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA, IM)/CO/MM or PS modules;
- Business knowledge in Sales and Customer Service area will be a strong advantage;
- Ability to work independently, managing schedules in a dynamic, multi-project environment;
- Knowledge and programming of ABAP will be considered an advantage;
- Positive, service-oriented attitude, innovative thinking and strong attention to detail;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
