Sales Manager m/f

Cappelen BG is part of Cappelen Group with offices in CEE area. We represent several leading European paper and carton board producers on Bulgarian, Serbian, Macedonian and Albanian markets. Our local portfolio is complimented by Hot/Cold Foils for packaging decoration. For our Printing and Reading division are looking for young and experienced B2B Sales manager to take over the segment. The position also have responsibilities in the Packaging segment for the Bulgarian market depending on his qualifications. The position have full responsibility and authority for the segment and his customer base.
Professional & Personal Qualification:
- Good knowledge of English is required.
- Enthusiasm, energy, commitment, and strong result-orientated
- Hands-on mentality, pragmatic approach and positive mind-set
- Proactive, open-minded, innovative and engaging personality with a great network and a strength in acquisition
- Digital affinity appreciated
- Business-driven mind-set with the appropriate amount of boldness to drive development
- Ability to expand client base and develop long-term business relationships by finding creative solutions and innovative approaches
- Excellent market knowledge is an advantage
- Unconditional engagement and power of persuasion
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in the paper/printing industry is a strong advantage
- Able to travel on business trips internally and abroad(occasionally)
- Driving license
Responsibility:
- Strategic and operational development of the business area and customers as well as development of alternative business models
- Own sales responsibility for defined product segment / customers
- Consistent development of key accounts and acquisition of new customers
- Sales and earnings responsibility
- Customer's payment and credit limit performance control
- Management of customer orders, deliveries and document flow
- The position do not have direct reports
