Sales Coordinator
JPL Ltd. is a licensed company for production, service, import and distribution of gaming equipment, including slots, roulettes, jackpot systems and casino furniture. Established in 1991 JPL Ltd has reputation of leader in its branch due to the optimal proportion between high quality of products, competence and good service on behalf of carefully selected and specially trained commercial and service professionals.
As we are constantly growing our team is looking for candidates for the position SALES COORDINATOR FOR JPL ROMANIA
Key responsibilities:
• Preparation of Customer Contract , orders for production and recycling
• Support sales Department and logistic.
• Maintains relationship with customers and suppliers, follow up the dead line for expiration of the customer and supplier contracts
• Prepare different reports and analysis
• Responsible for issuing the monthly sale and rent invoices
• Maintain relationship with the Romanian Accounting house
• Support Salas manager in prepares a schedule for current repairs of the premises.
• Manages and is responsible for the record keeping of the enterprise.
• Responsible for the implementation of the systems for access to the workplace and the accounting of the working hours
• Daily communication with sales Manager and Technician in JPL Romanian office over email and phone, manage relationships and negotiations,;
• Ensure compliance with administrative operations policies and procedure
• Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners
• Support organizing company events and business trips
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Good command of English (both written and spoken);
• Economical Bachelor Degree
• Excellent computer literacy MSOFFICE;
• Strong organizational and planning skills
• Very good analytical skills;
• Attention to detail;
• To meet deadlines while working under pressure
• Ability to think on your feet and learn quickly
• To be proactive and flexible with assignments
• Bookkeeping and budgeting skills will be taken as an advantage
