Retention marketing manager - online casino

Our client is a global online Casino company, panning to open a new office in Sofia.
About the role:
• Plan and execute end-to-end campaigns via email, SMS, PN and in-app messages
• Initiate & execute segmented promotions, while working with numerous interfaces including designers, copywriters, HTML, web developers, Product unit, analysts and more.
• Create engaging marketing campaigns and increase player retention & loyalty among other KPIs
• Analyze and optimize campaigns, constantly looking to improve our marketing efforts
• Always look to experiment, execute A/B tests on subject lines, content, CTAs, campaign times, layouts, and more
• Continually look to monitor and optimize key performance metrics and emerge with action items
Requirements:
• At least 2 years of proven work experience in Digital marketing leading omni-channel campaigns
• Creative thinker with a “can-do” attitude
• Strong English written & verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills being comfortable with Excel
• A data-driven marketer with the ability to optimize and act based on data
• Capable of working independently and leading projects end-to-end.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics / industrial management engineering / Business management /
Marketing.
• Experience in a gaming company- advantage
