About the role

As a Delivery Manager, you will be engaged with complex projects for enterprise clients in domains such as healthcare, education, finance, real estate, commerce, and IoT. You will have to oversee the work of your teams, actively engage with clients, and be part of complex projects in terms of client structure/hierarchy or product architecture. You will build roadmaps, coordinatе a team of Software Development Leads, Delivery Leads, Technical Leads and Architects, and be laser-focused on the successful delivery of working software according to the clients' business needs, user perspective, and technical drivers.

Responsibilities

• Manage the entire process of quality software development in line with the client’s requirements


• Maintain positive relationships with clients


• Communicate proactively with the client, analyze their requirements, and set priorities for the project teams


• Focus on the continuous improvement of the service delivered to the client


• Seek opportunities to engage clients with more services from the MentorMate portfolio and thus extend the team


• Establish metrics and processes that can help the client be more successful


• Plan and distribute the tasks of Software Development Leads, Delivery Leads, and Technical Leads and Architects


• Coach, mentor, and motivate project team members to achieve 100% client satisfaction


• Communicate performance expectations and standards with team members, track their work, and provide feedback


• Develop best practices and tools for project execution and management


• Deliver timely technical documentation of the project

Required skills

• 5+ years of experience building software solutions


• Ability to find the optimal solution for technical problems


• Expert knowledge of front-end or back-end design patterns


• Excellent knowledge of architecture patterns and architecture best practices


• Ability to develop a flexible and robust platform architecture to support changing business requirements


• Proven ability to present technical solutions effectively to diverse stakeholder groups


• Experience working with a cross-functional and geographically dispersed team and client base


• Excellent people skills – а demonstrated ability to work with technical and non-technical individuals, both in gathering information and communicating direction and status


• Practical experience with the entire lifecycle of custom and packaged software application development


• Strong communication and presentation skills to convey complex technical topics to multiple audiences


• Excellent spoken and written English
