Reliability Data Administrator

Bottomline Ltd is in a long-term partnering program with AJW Group and is recruiting a dedicated team of aviation specialist on behalf of AJW Aviation in our office in Sofia, Bulgaria.

We are looking for a Reliability Data Administrator. Reporting to the AJW Group Technical Team Manager, this role is an essential team supporting role and integral part of the Technical Team within AJW operations.The candidate will be engaged with Bottomline Consulting EOOD under local labour contract in Bulgaria with possible further training to be transformed into Technical Services Engineer role.
What you'll be doing:
• Administrative support for the Technical team, including reporting activities and preparing
Engineering Reports with assistance from senior team members
• Ensure the accuracy of the information stored in the system and flagging any trends or major
discrepancies to Technical Manager
• Assisting Technical Services Engineers with technical research to a given problem by collecting
required information from relevant technical documentation and component removal history
• Assist in the communication of technical requirements to all staff (including training)
• Participate in meetings and provide necessary support and assistance to Technical team members
• Any other miscellaneous job-related duties as deemed necessary by management team

We expect you to have:
• Excellent command of English language
• Working knowledge of MS Excel and general computer literacy
• Very good attention to details
• Strong communication skills, ability to build relationships and present information in a clear manner
• Working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint and ability to prepare formal documents and
presentations.
