As a Regional Shared Service Center Talent Consultant, you will work closely with our business leaders to establish and develop a newly opened Regional shared service center in Bulgaria.

The opportunity 
You’ll provide the highest level of talent support while establishing new organization. You will also be leading change initiatives around HR programs and processes to ensure we are developing an extraordinary place for individuals to create their future and have a challenging and rewarding career. You will play a key role in building out an engagement culture thereby improving long term retention and development of our future workforce.

Your key responsibilities 


  • Act as a trusted advisor to the business leaders providing guidance and coaching on key People issues including performance management, workforce management, reward and recognition

  • Proactively drive people agenda as well as strategic change initiatives that positively impact business results

  • Deliver an integrated HR support which includes also recruitment, onboarding, learning and HR operations

  • Support our drive to be an inclusive employer valuing diversity and difference

  • Building rapport and presence within the team and across other teams

  • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures

  • Ensure HR best practice is sourced and applied across the full HR service provided



Skills and attributes for success 


  • Strong business acumen

  • Ability to develop clear, actionable talent plans flowing from business strategy

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with multiple stakeholders across the organization at all levels

  • Build trusted business relationships and work virtually and across borders

  • Solid project management and change management

  • High attention to detail and well organized, with the ability to manage workload in line with changing priorities

  • Solution-oriented approach, hands-on and flexible


 
To qualify for the role, you must have 


  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience  

  • 3-plus years of HR Generalist or similar experience

  • Strong generalist knowledge of HR processes, operations, , employment legislation and regulations

  • Solid recruitment experience

  • English language proficiency is a must


Ideally, you’ll also have 


  • Experience of working with HR data analytics

  • Experience in Shared service center operations
