As a recruitment agency, we will provide you with all the information needed about the company, we will answer all your questions and will prepare you for the interview with the client.
Our current client is a fast-growing EU-based BPO company. On their behalf, we are actively looking for a Recruitment Specialist to become part of their team in Sofia.
What we are looking for:
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Bulgarian language is a must
- Excellent communicator
- Excellent in work ethic and professional approach to colleagues
- Good at organization and prioritization of tasks
- Flexible and fast adaptive
- A person of ideas, self-driven and independent in work
- Team-player with strong passion for all kinds of recruiting topics
- Ideally, if you have:
- Bachelor degree in Human resources, Public relations or equivalent
- Knowledge of LinkedIn and headhunting
- Excellent time management skills, capable to work under pressure
- Industry expertise – knowledge of the IT market status and trends
- Knowledge and deep understanding of recruitment and interviewing platforms
- BPO experience will be considered an advantage
- What you will be doing:
- Full lifecycle recruiting to offer stage
- Sourcing and recruiting via LinkedIn
- Screening of resumes and application forms
- Conducting phone and online interviews and interviews with hiring managers
- Working closely with hiring managers to build effective relationship
- Research of new recruitment channels and methods, market research
- Participation in various events and organizing careers events
- Posting, updating and removing job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Providing application and interview feedback to candidates
- Support the HR department
- Drive recruitment side projects such as employer branding, etc.
