We are looking for a profile with the following hard skills:
• At least 1 year of professional experience as property manager or similar;
• Experience in sales and after sales or client relations in the field of property management or similar;
• Excellent command of English - speaking and written;
• University degree in marketing or business or 3+ years of professional experience as property manager or similar;
• Experience with MS Excel and/or property management software;
• Basic budgeting and accounting skills;
Soft skills:
• friendly, understanding, empathic and capable of establishing good relationships with property owners and residents;
• great communication skills;
• responsive, very organized, proactive and accountable;
• awesome time management skills;
• solution driven;
