Property4U is a young and ambitious real estate company based in Sofia, we are offering a full package to our clients which includes buying a property then we assist them to make their dream home with our interior design team and finely a renovation to complete the work and making the property home or also an investment property that we will fully manage. 

So where in the process we need you? 

Your job as a Project Manager will be to manage and coordinate the renovation projects, the properties management, and helping us as a team to reach our goals and missions.

Requirements:  

·       Ability to manage apartments, offices, building management

·       At least 1 year of experience in a similar role

·       Experience in the real estate area- big advantage!

·       High-level observation on multiple tasks at a time 

·       Ability to build a work schedule, to plan and execute with time frames

·       Fast and dynamic problem solver

·       Ability to learn fast and to get the make research when data is missing

·       Has a sense of humor and the ability to find the fun in every challenge
