BTL Industries is a leading international manufacturer of electronic medical equipment in three market segments: cardiology, physiotherapy and aesthetic medicine.

For more than 20 years the company has been successfully operating and developing in Bulgaria, where the main manufacturing facility of electronic medical equipment is based.
With the expansion of the business, we opened the position of Project Lead Engineer.

As Project Lead Engineer you will be part of international team. In BTL you will be working with global teams for one of the world's leading manufacturers and traders of
medical equipment in three main areas - physiotherapy, cardiology and aesthetic medicine.

We are looking for a motivated engineer who:

Deliver new transfer product from BTL to the Customer (on time, to required specifications, to quality, to planned cost);

Implement and execute project technology strategy derived from global production strategy;

Deliver full transfer projects lifecycle from pre-transfer reviews to effective serial production;

Establish and engage in cross-functional transfer project communication flow in a clear and consistent way;

Ensure collaboration and alignment with other teams (development, marketing, strategic procurement, production, planning, logistics, quality);

Build strong relationships across the teams involved in end-to-end delivery and manage interaction with all internal departments to appropriately resource transfer projects by forecasting future resource requirements for each department;

Track, monitor and report transfer projects;

Handle Risk, Issue & Action Management across all transfer projects:
- Improve and develop transfer process and reviews based on lessons learned;
- Apply problem-solving techniques in order to propose and implement solutions;
- Carry out impact evaluation and risk mitigation of all new product introductions cross functionally.

Handle change management effectively within transfer phase;

Manage transfer project implementation calendar starting from design transfer phase and finishing with serial production handover.

We are looking for some must-haves:

Technical University degree;

Minimum 2 years of experience at a similar position of leading in international projects;

Excellent computer literacy (experience with ERP system will be an advantage);

Very good written and spoken English;

Experience with installation of equipment and processes/ launch of serial production;

Experience with P-FMEA, Control plans and Flow charts ;

Experience with working with technical documentation and technical drawings;

Strong communication skills;

Strong organization, planning and time management skills with focus on results;

Strong analytical skills ;

Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization;

Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands;

Driving license and readiness to travel abroad.
