For our Plant in Plovdiv we are looking for:

Program Manager

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Responsible for the program lifecycle, from planning to closure;


• Manage the blueprint (planning and program design) and ensure its capability alignment;


• Develop and implement program governance;


• Coordinate projects, engage stakeholders and manage cross-project risks;


• Manage program towards objectives, targets and towards program stakeholder expectations;


• Identify and resolve project tasks such as dependencies, critical path, conflicts within the project team, etc.;


• Establish strong vendor/customer relationship. Communicate status to customers regularly and ensure that we have a clear understanding of their requirements;


• Organize and hold regular project team status meetings as required;


• Drive for excellence in all areas of the project and ensure issues are surfaced and necessary actions taken;


• Ensure that all parts of the product development process are followed and that exceptions are documented and approved;


• Ensure that the project outputs meet the desired program outcome requirements;


• Develop and carry out program, communication and change plans;


• Pro-actively manage tasks, change in program scope, identify potential risks, and devise risk mitigation plans;


• Coach, motivate and supervise project team members and stakeholders and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work


• Safeguard financial objectives of the program by forecasting; preparing budgets; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.


• Establish the business relationship and processes according the define MSA (Master Supply Agreement).

Qualifications:

• University degree in business, alternatively university engineering field;


• Proven program management experience in running complex international projects in agile environment;


• Have experience in production manufactures on a similar role;


• Have experience in automotive, telecommunication, electronic field (is an advantage); 


• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team;


• Ability to handle complex project situations under high time pressure;


• An excellent MS-Office (Excel/PowerPoint) user;


• Very good English skills;


• Proactive, result oriented team member and you are motivated to take ownership, initiative and responsibility. Self-motivated and service orientated.
