Products & Offers Specialist

Your main responsibilities include:

• Participating in Office Furniture projects


• Customer meetings


• Preparation of offers and pricing


• Preparation of Purchase orders


• Establishing excellent product knowledge;


• Gaining excellent knowledge in preparing offers, managing pricelists and catalogues;


• Generating and maintaining an accurate projects-related documentation;


• Actively following projects, customer needs and offer revisions;


• Preparation of technical sketches

Requirements:

• 3 years experience in offer preparation and product specification;


• Business oriented, dedicated and dynamic personality;


• Excellent attention to details;


• Technical knowledge;


• Know how to manage pricelists and samples;


• Spoken and written English;


• Up to date Microsoft office, and especially Excel

You`ll impress us if you have:

• Have knowledge or interest in design and furniture


• Architectural education


• Knowledge in working with AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3dsMax or other visualization programs;


• Experience in space and office planning;


• Experience in interior design


• Abilities to understand customer needs and develop the optimal project solution;
