BTL Industries is a leading international manufacturer of electronic medical equipment in three market segments: cardiology, physiotherapy and aesthetic medicine. For more than 20 years the company has been successfully operating and developing in Bulgaria, where the main manufacturing facility of electronic medical equipment is based.

We are looking for Production Supervisor to take care of part of our electronic production and leading between 50-70 people:

Key role responsibilities for the position:

Adapts all of the production resources (human capital, machines, tools, working stations) according to sales forecast;

Allocating, coordinating, and overseeing orders and work plan execution within production (processes of assembling, final inspection and packing);

Organizes the essential machines, tools and other materials required by the team members to get their job done;

Actively cooperates with Production planning team in order to track the level of the production plan execution;

Actively cooperates for solving issues among the team by maintaining cross functional communication within the organization (resolution of technical/quality problems and logistic issues);

Provides regular feedback, reports the metrics on regular bases to management and makes recommendations and taking actions regarding issues within the production, including production organization, priorities and possible critical situations;

Ensures discipline, efficiency and safety in the production area;

Actively contributes in the improvement and optimization of production processes;

Responsible for the recruiting, supervising, training and development of the assigned team;

Acts as process owner during internal and external audits (represents the leaded production).

Skills, Experience, Knowledge that we are looking for:

Secondary Technical Education or higher

Good knowledge of English language

Good computer literacy (Excel knowledge is mandatory)

Strong knowledge of the production processes in the company

Related working experience is considered as an advantage

Excellent understanding of responsibilities and expectations for the position

Adaptability

Leadership skills

Customer orientation (to both internal and external customers)

Strong communication and organizational skills

Decisiveness and ability to set and follow priorities autonomously

Problem solving and time management skills

Ability to take initiative and be innovative
