PRODUCTION MANAGER

For our client - an international production company, we are looking for a driven professional for the mission of:
PRODUCTION MANAGER
Main Responsibilities:
• Organizes, manages and controls the work of a team in production and warehouse departments – around 100 workers.
• Responsible for the implementation of the production plan in terms of quantity, quality and deadlines.
• Takes decisions on current issues related to production and monitors their implementation.
• Coordinates with the "Sales" department the production quantities and informs immediately in case of changes.
• Analyzes and solves quality problems.
• Controls the observance of the production and technological discipline, safety rules in the production area.
• Manages the working capacity of people and equipment daily and maintains an appropriate balance between production volume and the required number of employees along with the HR Manager.
• Organizes training for new workers.
• Ensures the availability of working instructions for each department and working place and requires compliance with them to ensure production processes.
• Responsible for the timely submission to the Human Resources Department of the documentation related to the staff for which he is responsible.
• Reports directly to the Manager of the plant.
Experience Required:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment.
Qualification and Competencies:
• Education: Higher education.
• Excellent computer literacy; work with MS Office.
• Very good English or German - written and spoken.
• Professional experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a production environment.
• Decision making skills, initiative, organizational skills.
• Analytical and very good communication skills.
• Ability to manage people, lead teams and motivate employees.
• Ability to plan and organize processes.
• Desire for learning and development.
• Good problem-solving skills and ability to take responsibility.
• Activity for work and striving to increase competencies.
• Sees opportunities at work, accepts change positively and encourages his team to take the next step and overcome difficulties.
