The Role:  

You will be responsible for the product enhancements planning, execution, and delivery throughout the Product Lifecycle, following the product from conception, through to development and to launch, sharing accountability with Head of Product and Engineering Team Lead to drive the team towards reaching defined goals. 

Key Responsibilities:  

·  Develop and maintain full technical knowledge of Payslip platform and technology suite 
·  Gather, scope, and translate stakeholders’ needs and pain points into product strategy and technology solutions 
·  Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation 
·  Collaborate with Payslip stakeholders, taking part in functionalities enhancements discussions and roadmap decisions internally and with clients’ users’ groups 
·  Work closely with Product Engineering and QA teams to schedule sprints planning, execution, testing and delivery as per the agreed timelines and quality standards 
·  Monitor and measure success metrics after release and incorporate feedback into the product development process 
·  Post-release demonstration of the latest product updates to external and internal end users  

 

Qualification and Skills Required  

·  2+ years of experience as a Product Manager with understanding and hands-on experience in software development and SaaS platforms 
·  Excellent organizational skills and a keen eye for detail 
·  Exceptional written and verbal communications skills 
·  Proficient in written and spoken English
·  Can-do and Problem-solving attitude and enthusiasm
·  Ability to plan, manage, track, and deliver on commitments
·  Analytical mind set and strong technical skills 
·  Ability to work effectively in a team or autonomously as appropriate
·  Experience of collaborating with multiple functional areas, including product management, engineering, UX/UI
·  Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment without compromising quality
