THE JOB

To further strengthen the capabilities of our Shared Service Center, we’re opening a new position for a Product Specialist – Personal Protective Equipment products. The position, part of our Global Product Management Department, is
located in our office in Plovdiv. Your primary task will be to support the Global PPE Product Manager and VIKING's subsidiaries with direct communication with them.

The main tasks are, but are not limited to:

• Support Product manager on the execution of daily, monthly, and annual agenda


• Secure products information, documentation availability, and validity;


• Maintain products variants and configurations


• Ensure pricing is up-to-date;


• Support and participate in selected tendering processes


• Reporting on related financial figures


• Monitor order backlog figures in SAP and Reporting;

LEVEL OF EXPERIENCE

• Experience as a Product Specialist or similar position in PPE Department from an international company is a plus
  

PROFESSIONAL SKILLS

• Higher education in the field of Economics/Procurement/Logistics/Technical/Supply chain is considered an advantage;


• MS Office advanced user;


• Possess the skills of multitasking and setting priorities in the daily routines, working independently or in a team;


• Pay attention to details and accuracy within the deadline-driven environment;


• Experienced with ERP systems – SAP preferably – is considered an advantage.

• Willing to learn;


• Positive and communicative with a 'can do' professional attitude;


• Organized and structured


• Result–oriented and self-driven;


• Flexible multitasker with the ability to prioritize.

COMMUNICATION SKILLS
