You will join a team that delivers HR service for Schneider teams in BAlMaKo region (Plovdiv, Sofia, North Macedonia, Albania and Kosovo). Our job covers many of the aspects of the employment life-cycle such as: appointment, time-keeping, payroll, absenteeism, employment termination, authorities reporting.

What You will be doing as Payroll expert with us:



  • Run independently the entire payroll process starting with the raw data collection (time sheets, salary elements data, benefits etc.), process Payroll system computation, act as liaison between with FiCo and HR for payment process

  • Compiles the necessary recapitulations and records prescribed by the legislation related to the calculation of salaries and wage compensations

  • Ensure correct application of social and fiscal legislation and internal agreements

  • Communicate with local authorities: Labour inspection, National Insurance Institute, National Revenue Agency and similar, providing all mandatory reports (regular and ad hoc)

  • Act as SPOC for Payroll system updates and developments initiated by both the business and legislation changes

  • Propose initiatives to optimize and automate the payroll process

  • Responds to requests initiated by employees, HRBP and managers about payroll

  • Contribute to develop good HR postures for the Line Managers and make sure they become autonomous, by guiding them through the HR tools, systems and processes.

  • Ensure proper personnel administration as per national law

  • Act as SPOC with Global rewards team and drive all rewards projects as per HR annual calendar


Experience



  • University degree – Economics, Accounting

  • Deep knowledge of the local employment law, including the Labor Code, Social Security Code, Health& Safety regulations and related law

  • 5 + years of payroll execution experience

  • Advanced HRIS user, knowledge of several HRIS is a plus

  • Advanced MS Office user, particularly Excel


Skills



  • Comfort with cyclical workload, with busier times correlating with corporate HR calendar

  • Customer service orientation and proficient communication skills

  • Fluent English in both speaking and writing

  • Ability to navigate change management and process complex and changing information

  • Strong analytical skills, curios to learn and develop
