We are on the lookout for a detail oriented, creative and responsible Office Manager, who is up to date with current procedures, manages and coordinates all activities within the company.
Office Manager
About the role:
- Obtains approvals regarding situations occurring at the workplace;
- Closely collaborates with the human resources department and offers support;
- Manages the office equipment and concludes services and maintenance;
- Takes full responsibility for the inventory;
- Corresponds on behalf of the company- logistical arrangements for meetings, emergency services, security and intervention companies etc;
- Receives and pays utility bills, office supplies and consumables;
- Ensures that the employees have all the needed materials for a good job performance;
- Makes the purchase forecasts of various materials;
- Prepares the monthly documents for the accounting firms;
- Supervises the activities related to the maintenance of the headquarters;
- Reports costs and optimizes them;
Your profile:
- Analytical technical thinking;
- General learning aptitude;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Provision, collection, transmission and interpretation of information;
- Great attention to detail and proven ability to work with documents;
- Strong MS Office- level advanced knowledge;
- Fluency in Bulgarian, English- B1/B2;
