Chibi Phoenix was forged in 2016, after more than 10 years of different experiences and projects. Our founders Adrien, Laurent, and Alex teamed up and moved to Bulgaria in 2008. Together they’ve worked on different projects: a B2B emailing product, a social media platform for indie comics, publishing, and iGaming before gaining enough XP to create the ultimate product: a manga parody browser game.Since then we have developed the game and its universe, our own affiliate program & ad-network. The team is now 50-strong, our game has 10 million accounts created, 300k daily users, we manage 500 million impressions monthly. And this is only the beginning of a brand new chapter in our adventure.

Chibi Phoenix is the nest of talented people who share a passion for games, art, and excellence. The studio was formed in 2016, after more than 10 years of different experiences and projects.
We do gamification, video games, and art for clients from different areas: B2B educational games, igaming, art production for board games, to name only a few. Our portfolio also includes entertainment products such as the platform Amilova and Dragonball Multiverse: online communities devoted to comics, manga, indie artists and video games. Chibi Phoenix's complete network of products entertains over 500 million visitors monthly, with above 300,000 daily active players and a total of over 15 million registered players.

YOUR MISSION:
* Assure the comfort at the office - cosy, clean and tidy, providing breakfast, fruits and everything necessary for a Friday party
* Assure the booking of flights/accommodations for business trips
* Help in Event management
* Support and help out all employees at Chibi - we provide everything needed so our colleagues can focus on their own work
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Order and take stock of office supplies
* Administrate documents, contracts (sign scan and archive) and prepare different reports
* Schedule meetings and appointments
* Coordinates events organization
* Cooperate with co-workers on different levels within the company
YOUR SKILLS:
* Exceptionally organized with a fanatic attention to detail – nothing slips past you!
* Effectively balance time between immediate needs and long term goals
* Good command of office software tools
* Native Bulgarian and fluent in English.
* Perfectionism & sense of responsibilities
* Forward, problem solving spirit, proactive and able to work independently
* Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and work ethics
* A creative mind with a sense of humor is always appreciated ;).
CONSIDERED AS AN ADVANTAGE:
* Culture in games and/or video games.
* Keen interest in and knowledge of Anime, Manga and Pop Culture
