National Sales Representative

For our client, an international food production company, we are looking for motivated National Sales Representative
The responsibilities:
• Development of the market/territory sales strategy and ensuring proper implementation of the strategy;
• Development of long-term and short-term sales plans;
• Market analysis and proposal of new products or activities;
• Set up, implement and monitor a strategic plan, ensuring resources are available for reaching objectives and identifying gaps when necessary;
• Focuses on growing and developing existing key customers and generating new business with new potential customers;
• Establishes sales budgets for the customers and ensures updated forecasts;
• Directly takes the lead for servicing some selected key accounts;
• Resolving complaints;
• Coordination of documentation;
• Manages customer debt clearing and collection agreements;
• Cooperation with members of other departments in the Company Group (logistics, controlling, hr, production, marketing).
The requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree supported by 5+ years of real sales experience;
• Knowledge of the local market (preferably in FMCG);
• Experience within an international environment is welcome;
• Highly competitive, and entrepreneurial individual with a desire to tackle challenging opportunities;
• A passion for winning, a strong aptitude for business strategy and excellent collaboration skills;
• Outstanding oral and written communication skills;
• Strong negotiation and managerial/leadership skills;
• Confident self-starter with integrity and accountability; an exemplary track record of consistent achievement in a start-up experience is a plus;
• Fluent English and excellent command of MS Office;
• Active driving license and readiness for frequent traveling.
