Role overview

Junior Test Analyst is responsible for testing of new capabilities in terms of quality of service after proper and extensive user acceptance testing, guaranteeing that the business systems design, functionalities and performance meet the business needs.

Your responsibilities will be

• Prepares analyses of business requirements


• Writing, executing tests during Agile development and working closely with agile team members


• Creates test design documentation


• Reproduce, analyses & troubleshoot issues to determine whether the issue requires a code, configuration, or environment fix


• Use test plans, systems documentation, business requirements and acceptance criteria to produce test scripts in preparation for test execution


• Engages in close collaboration with vendors, observing the necessary communication deadlines


• Follows the on-time completion of project deliverables


• Participates in testing (including configuration if necessary) of customized systems

We expect from you

• Bachelor's degree in appropriate IT education


• Experience in the Telecom industry will be considered an advantage


• Knowledge of API testing using SoapUI/Postman


• Understanding & experience with agile software development process


• Working knowledge of software defect tracking tools like Jira


• Knowledge of Oracle, PL/SQL will be considered an advantage


• Good analytical & troubleshooting skills


• Fluency in English – both written and spoken


• Collaborative and team-oriented
