As a Junior Sales Engineer in Telelink Business Services you will work in an outstanding team that provides top-level IT services to our customers. You will play a key role in sales cycle, by bringing expertise in engineering IT solutions.


You will:



  • Support the technical aspects of the initial sales cycle, including discovery of customer needs, product/solution briefings, mapping technology solutions to customer requirements.

  • Prepare technical presentations and demonstrate how a product meets client needs.

  • Generate offer documents (incl. Cover letter, Scope of Work, Bill of materials, product descriptions, solution summary etc.).

  • Actively engaging with customers and leading communication related to the solution offering.

  • Work closely with Sales, Product Management and Marketing teams, and with Technology Experts to identify specific IT market niches (technology, solution, segment), to generate new opportunities.

  • Participate in consulting current and prospective clients about identifying relevant solutions.


Your profile:



  • Graduated in any IT related bachelor’s/master’s degree.

  • Basic Technical competence combined with excellent interpersonal skills.

  • Previous experience in sales engineering/presales activities in the IT/Telecom area would be a strong advantage.

  • Basic or Fundamental knowledge in Networking area, Cyber/Information security or Data Center solutions would be a leading advantage.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Positive, can-do attitude, proactive personality with strong customer focus.

  • Team spirit and ability to lead when required.

  • Proficiency in the English language, both written and verbal.
