EY Bulgaria seeks to recruit Junior HR Administration and Payroll Specialist

Purpose of the role:


As a HR Administration and Payroll Specialist you would have the great opportunity to be part of our accounting compliance and reporting team. You will support the HR function of our clients and will participate in the day-to-day payroll processing.


Responsibilities:



  • Perform daily HR administration tasks for clients

  • Maintain personnel files of the employees and employee records in the internal HR system of the clients

  • Support clients' employees on payroll and HR administration matters

  • Processing clients’ payroll

  • Participate in trainings and keep yourself updated with the changes in the labor and social security legislation

  • Understand and follow workplace policies and procedures





What skills and knowledge are required:



  • University degree of Economics/Accounting/HR

  • Minimum 1-2 years of relevant work experience

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Bulgarian and English

  • Very good computer skills (Word, Excel, Power Point)

  • Strong analytical, teamwork and organizational skills

  • Experience with specialized HR and payroll software systems would be an advantage
