Now we're looking for an Italian Customer Support Agent (fluent) to join our team and make his own contribution to our products.
✅ Main duties and responsibilities:
✔️ Communication with customers through online-chats, e-mails
✔️ Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers
✔️ Acknowledge and resolve customers’ complaints
✔️ Knowing our products inside and out so you can answer the questions
✔️ Ensure the satisfaction of the customer and provide professional support for customers
✅ Experience and qualifications:
✔️ Excellent written and verbal Italian and English skills
✔️ Analytical skills
✔️ Ability to work in multitasking environment
✔️ Experience working with customer support would be a plus.
