We are currently offering you an exciting opportunity to become part of our Corporate Relations team in Sofia as IT Specialist.

Responsibilities:

• Supports installation of new hardware and software versions; Resolves failures;


• Ensure global IT security standards are implemented;


• Provides business users and infrastructure support;


• Performs troubleshooting and root cause identification;


• Improves quality of products, services and perception of the department in the company;


• Implements global Infrastructure projects;


• Track defined set of KPIs to ensure end user satisfaction;


• Monitors behavior of components in the technical infrastructure


• Anticipates areas of systems problems and put checks in place;


• Analyses and resolves failures on operational information systems;


• Carries out systems capacity and resource planning;


• Proactively propose service and operational improvements by anticipating user needs and requirements;


• Takes care of disaster recovery of technical infrastructure including external back up;


• Conducts regular checks on Information Security controls and ensures compliance with Heineken Global Standards;


• Ensures that all operational systems and software products are up to date;


• Coordinates cross-functional activities with internal and external parties

Requirements:

• University degree, preferably in Information Technologies, Computer Science or other relevant;


• 3 years of experience in systems and infrastructure administration for Windows environment;


• Knowledge of Windows OS, Active Directory, Networks, SCCM, Exchange, O365, Azure; ITIL would be considered as advantage.


• Excellent organizational skills with ability to work on multiple tasks;


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;


• Pro-active attitude with a focus on the client;


• Proven analytical skills with a focus on details;


• Reliable and dedicated team player who can also work independently;


• Very good level of English;


• Driving license.
