As our team is growing, we are looking for an HR Generalist to join our Bulgarian operation.
Job Responsibilities
• Managing the end-to-end recruitment process from requisition approval until offer acceptance
• Proactively sourcing candidates across all channels possible
• Conducts initial interviews and organizes pre-hire testing when needed.
• Assist in the coordination of staffing and recruitment processes.
• Administer leaves and absences
• Communicate with team leaders and the payroll provider to ensure correct data is being sent to the payroll provider.
• Organize hard and soft copies of employee records
• Process documentation and prepare reports relating to performance evaluations
• Coordinate performance reviews.
• Support employees when human resources issues arise with efficient problem-solving
• Communicate with public services when needed
• Reinforce the company policies, rules, and procedures to ensure employees’ safety
• Oversee employee labor laws and regulations to assure compliance
• Plan onboarding strategies and perform new employees’ orientation to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
• Recommend and develop employee relations practices to ensure a positive employer-employee relationship
• Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions
• Conduct exit interviews
• Act as a strategic partner to all managers, account executives and the Governance team
• Help with recruitment initiatives within the company (incl. US and Canada)
• Help with daily office administration
Job Requirements
• Excellent verbal and written English language skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience working in the human resources field
• Successful track record in end-to-end recruitment as an in-house / agency recruiter
• Great communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Experience managing compensation and benefits programs
• Ability to develop and manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company
• High level of customer service skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Capacity to apply discretion and maintain a high level of confidentiality when handling sensitive information
• Working knowledge of employment laws and regulations and the ability to appropriately spot employment risk issues
• Great communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
• Proactiveness
